And it seems it's paying off, as on Friday the 33-year-old had no problem doing the splits while flaunting her flexibility on a beach in Hawaii.
The mother-of-two struck the difficult pose as she squeezed in a quick workout while on vacation with her sons eight-year-old Jayden James and nine-year-old Sean Preston.
